Marion, Ohio - October 2007

Here is some of what I saw in Marion, Ohio in October 2007. Marion is between Toledo and Columbus, Ohio. Marion is the crossroads today for CSX and NS. The CSX runs through on 2 lines that cross. The north/south is the old C&O (Hocking Valley) mainline between Toledo and Columbus. The other is the old Conrail, former NYC Big Four mainline that runs east/west. The NS runs north/south on it's Columbus to Sandusky mainline. This line was originally owned by the Pennsylvania RR. The Erie RR once ran through Marion also.
